If you have always dreamed of Toscany with its charming hamlets, historical villas and breathtaking vistas of a sunny countryside, why don't you take the opportunity to learn more about the regional recipes with its mouth-watering dishes paired with outstanding wines?

You may take this opportunity by signing up to a one-day hands-on class with the English - speaking Chef Giuseppe Mazzocchi who will teach you the tricks of the trade for setting up authentic Tuscan meal, based on Season's produce and fresh ingredients !

You will be in the heart of a noble wine region: Carmignano, a land which still holds the hallmarks of the Medici' legacy in many parts of this vast domain of olive tree groves and vineyards.

Your class will begin at 9.00 a.m. with a visit to the colourful local market (the local depends on the day) to choose fresh ingredients, then it's on to the farm kitchen to prepare a three-course meal paired with D.O.C.G. wines.

Guests will recive recipes of the day's preparations.

Following the lunch based on your efforts Giuseppe will escort to historical and prestigious winery of Capezzana for visit throght the wine cellars. Wine tasting.
