Animals are allowed .
Smoking
is only allowed out of house. Please refrain
from smoking in the bedrooms and the shared
rooms.
Payment:
Along with your reservation we kindly ask you to
credit 30% of the total value on our bank
account. You reservation will be confirmed from
the day we receive the down payment. The
remainder has to be paid cash upon your arrival.
Check-in
time:
rooms are available after 12.00pm. Guests have
to kindly inform our B&B with their own arrival
time so to let us organize their welcome. In
case arrival time will be not communicate us,
check-in will be automatically considered
between 06.00pm and 09.00pm.

11.00 a.m.
