Our region offers a
variety of activities such as: trekking,
horse-riding (you can hire horses with a guide
only 1km away from the hotel), mountain biking
and motor crossing. You will also be able to
see the old villages with very old houses,
medieval churches and a subterranean Etruscan
town, which still being excavated by the
Archaeological Institute of Florence. This
location is called “Pietra Marina”, which is
formed by an enormous stone where, in the
ancient times, rituals and religious sacrifices
were carried
on. From this point
it is possible to see the sea by looking towards
Pisa and Livorno.
The region offers various alternatives of sport
